ESCAPING THE BUILD TRAP
Product Roadmaps
October 26, 2021 |9:00am ET - 1:00pm ET | Remote
As a product leader, one of your primary roles is to communicate your strategy and plans for growth. Generally, this is done in the form of a roadmap. There are various types of roadmaps based on your company stage and the audience. Choosing what kind of roadmap and what to include is key to delivering the right message.
Roadmaps are key to maintaining alignment across the product organization and managing expectations for your key stakeholders. Learn how to think through what you want to communicate and how best to do it with a roadmap.
Through this masterclass we’ll help you learn to answer questions like:
Should you include the development effort?
What should you color code?
What intended outcomes should I mention?
Should I include the beta release date or the GA?
With a maximum of 20 attendees, this intimately sized group is designed for you to collaborate with your instructor and peers. By the end of the 3 hour workshop you’ll understand the different options you have for forming roadmaps and how to choose what to prioritize in them.
This fast paced, interactive experience includes:
