This class is for people who have completed ProdOps 101 or have implemented Product Operations at their org in the last year.
You've made the case for Product Operations at your org. You may have even hired your first dedicated prod ops manager - or you ARE that 1st prod ops hire. What do you need to do to start realizing - and showing - the value of product operations at scale? In this more advanced workshop, we take a deep dive on best practices, detailed case studies, and what you need to do to enable Processes and Governance. This workshop is tailored to product leaders who have stood up product operations at your company in the last year and are ready to drive profitable growth at scale through a cycle of evidence-based decision-making. This workshop is also open to participants who have completed the Product Operations 101 workshop (or doing at the same time as this course) and want to continue their growth in mastering Product Operations.
If your org is considering introducing Product Operations and has not yet stood up the practice, ProdOps 101: Getting Started with Product Operations is the best workshop to start with.
With a maximum of 20 attendees, this intimately sized group is designed for you to collaborate with your instructor and peers. By the end of the workshop you’ll know how to apply and implement best practices processes and governance at your organization.
